About

I get up in the morning to help shape the future of transportation — cleaner, smarter and increasingly autonomous.

Mobility transitions are rarely won by technology alone. They are won through distribution, partnerships and timing. I’m drawn to the work of recognizing commercial potential early and turning complex systems into products people actually use.

I've taken UX research from the lab into the field, co-founded a startup, and joined the early team at flinc, a ridesharing company acquired by Daimler. Then seven years at Allego, one of Europe's largest public charging networks, building out fast charging across DACH & CEE.

Today my focus is on where charging infrastructure, autonomous vehicles and AI converge — not as three separate trends, but as one system that will reshape transportation faster than most incumbents expect.

What I bring

Four threads I've spent my career weaving together — from the charging network on the ground to the products people actually use.

01 — Domain

E-Mobility & Charging Infrastructure

Worldwide knowledge of the players, technologies, regulations and industry challenges — paired with sharp competitive intelligence.

02 — Foresight

Autonomous Driving

I've followed this landscape closely for a decade — the technology, the players, the regulation and the unit economics that decide who actually scales. Plus hands-on (or rather: hands-off) experience from using FSD & Robotaxis myself.

03 — Commercial

Business Development & Sales

Building business cases and partnerships, identifying opportunities and decision-makers, managing key accounts, and communicating across B2C, B2B & B2G.

04 — Craft

User Experience Design

Customer understanding, value-proposition design, customer-journey mapping, usability testing and prototyping — keeping people at the center of the product.

03

Experience

From dynamic ridesharing to Europe’s charging network — my track record of building markets before they became mainstream. Tap any role to expand.

Beyond Work

My obsessions that don't fit on a resume.

In 2016 I reserved a Model 3 when everyone said the car would never ship. In 2019 I wrote that robotaxis would make owning a car obsolete. In 2026 they're driving. On the channel I look at technology through a long-term lens — autonomous driving, electric mobility, renewables, space and AI — and what it all means five, ten, twenty years out.

Will Tesla Robotaxi make private cars obsolete?

7 theses, 7 years later, I'm revisiting my 2019 theses on Tesla, Robotaxis and the end of car ownership.
